Construction is under way at the site of the planned Creekside Retirement Center on Veterans Memorial Parkway in Huntsville, with completion expected in January 2013. When the center is complete, residents of the Ella Smither Geriatric Center on Avenue O will move into their new home. Creekside is a project of the Methodist Retirement Communities.
